Rob Nelson told Famitsu you can send photos to your partner even though you cannot upload them to social media; only Famitsu reports this. Separately, TGG says the game has a photo mode but that Rockstar Editor was not in the build he saw; Vice repeats both points and IBTimes UK repeats the photo mode. Rockstar has not shown the phone camera or announced either feature.
