Leonida Keys

A tropical island chain where the bars are easy-going and the water is beautiful and dangerous. It is where Jason lives, in a property owned by Brian Heder.

The Leonida Keys are an archipelago off the southern end of the state. Rockstar’s profile describes island life as easy rather than flashy: pull up a deck chair at a bar, but remember you are next to some of the most beautiful and dangerous waters in America.

It is also Jason’s patch. Rockstar says he ended up in the Keys working for local drug runners, and Brian Heder, an old-school smuggler who runs a boat yard there, lets him live rent-free in one of his properties.

Getting around

Rockstar’s screenshots show a long bridge linking the islands, seaplanes, crowded boat parties and scuba divers on the reefs. Rockstar has not published a map of the island chain.
