Can you keep stolen cars in GTA 6?

Garages are confirmed: the pre-order bonus includes a car and a garage. Whether you can store any car you steal, and with what limits, has not been explained.

The Vintage Vice City Pack, included with purchases before November 20, 2026, comes with a ’55 Vapid Stanier sedan and a garage. So vehicle storage exists in some form.
Stealing cars also looks more involved than before. Kotaku describes jimmying locks through a short mini-game in An Extended Look. Whether stolen cars can be kept, or have to be sold or ditched, is something we will confirm from the game.
