GTA 6: An Extended Look shows 26 minutes of in-game footage
Rockstar’s first long look at GTA 6 being played premiered on Netflix, then arrived on YouTube and the GTA VI website the same evening.

© Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look premiered on Netflix at 3 p.m. ET on August 27, 2026, and went up on Rockstar’s YouTube channel and website at 9 p.m. ET. It runs 26 minutes and 48 seconds, and Rockstar says it was captured entirely from in-game footage on PlayStation 5.
It is the first time Rockstar has shown the game at length: missions, both protagonists being played, and montages of activities around Leonida. Our page on the video covers what it shows in detail.
